Handcrafted by artisans in Rajasthan, India, these boards are chiselled using hand-held tools like saws, chisels, knives etc. As with all natural stones, the grains on each piece can vary and there may be naturally occurring fissures that add to the character of stone.

Marble is great for serving cheese or charcuterie as it has cool surface and will not absorb smells as easily as wood.

Marble used to make these boards is mined from place that was used in the construction of several iconic monuments such as the Taj Mahal in Agra and the Victoria Memorial in Kolkata.

Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders to UK mainland postcodes (exceptions apply). We usually ship with either Evri or DPD. Occasionally we may use Royal mail too. Please refer to the below table for delivery time, charges for UK remote areas, upgrades and International delivery.

*Orders must be placed by 6am Monday to Thursday.

**Channel Islands and remote postcodes include postcodes starting with BT (Northern Ireland), HS (Outer Hebrides), IM (Isle of Man), ZE (Shetland Islands), IV (Inverness) and KW (Kirkwall). We do not deliver to BFPO addresses.

***To avoid any cost surprises and give you a peace of mind, our listed prices include import taxes. This means we will take care of any import taxes charged by destination country's custom department. Delivery charge is applied at the checkout.

Returns

Your satisfaction is everything to us. Although we aim to get it the right first time, on occasions we may fall short. For your peace of mind, we offer 28 days of returns. Please notify us here or by writing to us at contactus@anav.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and return the item/items within 28 days of receipt. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on party used gift cards. Additionally, as specified in the product details, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following 'Sale' items (if received in condition as described under product details):

• Products sold under collection 'Samples' 
• Products sold under collection 'Perfectly Imperfects'

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please obtain proof of postage when returning an item. 

Products returned must be in a resalable condition which means they should be unused, in their original packaging with any labels attached. We will cover the return postage cost if items are faulty or if we have sent incorrect items to you, however, if you are returning for other reasons, you will be responsible for the cost of returning products. Also in the latter case, if you chose chargeable delivery service at the time of ordering, the cost of this will be deducted from your refund amount.

We will issue a refund to your original payment method on the receipt of return.
