Available with or without duck feather pad. For the best look, go for the covers with our premium cushion pads made with 100% cotton cambric lining and ethically sourced European duck feather manufactured in the beautiful Sussex.

With envelope closing at the back, these cushion covers are completely eco-friendly choice for your home decor. Being fully handmade, each piece is unique and may have minor imperfections that add to the charm of the product and are expected.

These cushions are made in the rural part of India by an artisan cooperative using ancient weaving techniques.

We offer free standard delivery on all orders to UK mainland postcodes (exceptions apply). We usually ship with either Evri or DPD. Occasionally we may use Royal mail too. Please refer to the below table for delivery time, charges for UK remote areas, upgrades and International delivery.

Returns

Your satisfaction is everything to us. Although we aim to get it the right first time, on occasions we may fall short. For your peace of mind, we offer 28 days of returns. Please notify us here or by writing to us at contactus@anav.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and return the item/items within 28 days of receipt. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on party used gift cards. Additionally, as specified in the product details, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following 'Sale' items (if received in condition as described under product details):

  • Products sold under collection 'Samples' 
  • Products sold under collection 'Perfectly Imperfects'

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please obtain proof of postage when returning an item. 

Products returned must be in a resalable condition which means they should be unused, in their original packaging with any labels attached. We will cover the return postage cost if items are faulty or if we have sent incorrect items to you, however, if you are returning for other reasons, you will be responsible for the cost of returning products. Also in the latter case, if you chose chargeable delivery service at the time of ordering, the cost of this will be deducted from your refund amount.

We will issue a refund to your original payment method on the receipt of return.
